Here are the places I know are involved with campaign efforts:

Lot's of artwork available there, done by the artists of the board: notably postcards, which people send every Friday.
AND a cafepress corner with many Moonlight gifts available, appropriate to send to TPTB of your choice
(or the cast and crew, fellow Moonlight fans... yourself ;-) )
Those include T-shirts, but also things that people may be tempted to leave around at the office (mugs, calendars - starting
at 6 dollars - mousepads...).
