USE OUR PRESENCE ON THE INTERNET TO PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR PRODUCTS

We are a large Internet-based community willing to help your company promote itself and its
products online.

The background story:

The television drama "Moonlight" was recently cancelled by CBS, and is currently in search of a new
network. Its online community is seeking a second season for the show and will help bring this about in any
way possible.
We are currently reaching out to the networks interested to attract their attention to our potential as partners
in making the show a financial success (see advertisements below). This gesture constitutes a similar offer
towards potential financial sponsors: we hereby offer our services to your company provided that it helps
sponsor the show.

We believe that our online community constitutes an untapped resource and ardently wish to see it put to
use towards our goal of making this quality program financially viable.

What we can offer your company:

Our services to promote your company and its products on the Internet, by any means that, working as
partners, we would define together. Naturally our community itself would do this entirely free of charge,
provided that the show is given a second season and that your company is one of its sponsors.

Although it is difficult to estimate our exact numbers online, the fact that Moonlight was voted "Best New
Drama" in the People's Choice Award by
10 million votes we were told, with voting taking place on a
website that allowed individuals to vote only once a day is, we believe, an indication that our community is
not merely vocal, but also numerous enough for our offer to be of interest to your company.
A key point is that we can reach
beyond our fanbase, towards your target audience at large - and so at the
international level.

We believe that this is a unique opportunity for your company: our community has access to a target
audience that many networks are struggling to retain, and no other social entity than the fanbase of a
cult-favourite television series would be both willing and able to offer this service. Furthermore, we are at
present the strongest among these (as clearly show our rankings on the Hey Nielsen website these past six
months).

Our members are highly motivated to do whatever it will take to keep the show on the air. Some have
recently organised a charity campaign for the Red Cross, "Blood drive for Moonlight", donating blood in
order to promote the show. At present, as a casual visit at the websites dedicated to Moonlight will easily
convince you, its recent cancellation has raised a lot of anger in our community, and with this anger comes
the eagerness to do whatever it will take to save Moonlight. We believe that this is an opportunity not to be
missed by your company.

A sample of the services that we would be able to offer follows (these of course are merely suggestions on
our part; we would gladly consider any other services that you would require):

- In order to efficiently reach beyond our own community, our members could create websites on themes
other than Moonlight, of appeal to both the individual members concerned, and your target audience. As
administrators of these websites they would have great freedom to promote your products on these outlets,
including direct advertisements of your products. Such websites could also be used to advertise the show
itself and presumably the network hosting it, thereby providing a way to grow the airtime audience of the
show as well, and hence our own community, thereby extending our online reach even further. Members of
our community who have some experience with building websites could easily teach the others. Furthermore,
the administrators of these websites could also use whatever strategies you would suggest in order to
increase the traffic to these websites.
- our members use banners relating to the show created by our own artists (links to a small sample of those
are provided below). They could use these in order to promote your company or/and its products. We could
do this, for instance, by mentioning your products at the bottom of these banners, or including a statement
to the effect that your company sponsors the show, or in whatever way you deem appropriate and useful to
help promote your company in an efficient way, and which would be agreeable to our community. These
banners would be used by individual "fans" on the forums of the websites dedicated to the show (where
people are most likely to buy these products knowing that your company sponsors the show they love), and
could also be used in the following ways in order to reach beyond our own community, if together we can
find a way to formulate this project:

- as picture attachments in e-mails sent by the members of our community, not only to individuals our
members are directly in contact with, but also, if possible, to entire online groups (such as Yahoo groups)
that our members already belong to or would join.

- on forums of other websites frequented by our members, whatever their theme, whose administrators
would agree to this.

- We are also willing to promote your company/products on Facebook and MySpace, if together we can
formulate a way to make this possible without violating the rules of these entities, whether using banners or
otherwise (perhaps, casual statements by our members mentioning the fact that your company sponsors the
show, or regarding the quality of your products, etc...)

We need your help in formulating strategies that would be both implementable and efficient.

We also would work in partnership with you in order to help you assess our actual impact on your target
audience, notably by providing you with a list of the websites that our members would have created for the
purpose, the traffic on these sites (also so that you may give us input as to how best to increase their
traffic), or whatever other means you deem appropriate.

If you are interested in this offer, please contact Warner Bros and Silver Pictures, who are currently looking
for financial support for the show, and let us know so that we may start working on a common strategy. We
would also be grateful if you informed the networks that have been considering picking up Moonlight (CW,
USA network, Sci-Fi channel and FX).

About Moonlight:

Moonlight is a supernatural romance thriller produced by Warner Bros. Television and Silver Pictures.
It premiered on September 28, 2007, airing on Friday nights at 9:00/8:00c, on CBS. It began growing a
fan-base almost immediately. Due to the writers' strike only 16 episodes of its first season were shot and
aired, and it suffered a 3 months hiatus between the 12th and 13th episodes. Despite the latter, its average
ratings after were similar to those before this hiatus. The media reported that they, as well as the industry,
expected Moonlight to get renewed. CBS announced on 14th May 2008 that the show is in fact not part of
its fall line-up. Although the actual reasons for this are unknown to our community, we believe that they
were of a financial nature, rather than related to expectations regarding the show's performance in the
ratings, or its artistic direction. Moonlight is a captivating show with a lot of potential. The media, as
surprised as we are by its cancellation, are stating that this decision is a mistake on the part of CBS (see for
example the relevant part of the article by the TV-guide critic Matt Rousch, "
Finale Fever: The Critic's
Notebook").

Supplementary information:
Below are links to a collection of banners, as well as another link to a thread listing videos, that we hope
should convince you of the level of skills and the creativity of our community in these respects, as well as of
their commitment to Moonlight. As the show has recently been cancelled, most banners are naturally far
less than peaceful at present. This energy is only waiting to be put to constructive use at the service of your
company.
